Broad Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be a key player and be responsible in managing day to operations of Hospicash Health Insurance product with the assigned insurer.
• Manage 2-wheeler insurance portfolio.
• Manage insurance relationship with the assigned insurer and be a key player of business issuance and claims management.
• Manage field queries and sync with the business team requirements of Hospicash and 2-wheeler.
• Should have vast knowledge of health insurance and vehicle insurance business and act as a point of contact for resolution for the field staff.
• Should have sound knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and fullfill all business MIS requirement as per business and process requirement.
• Should actively engage in field, and travel to business locations whenever need arises.

Mandatory Skills:

• Channel partner management.
• Computer knowledge in MS office and expertise in MS Excel.

Background:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in required domain.
• Languages known – Kannada, Hindi and English, other language is an added advantage.
